• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.

Vin Haus is a vehicle management tool that allows you to:

• Record and track vehicles, service history, MOT/tax/insurance dates, parts, modifications, faults, documents, tyre records, and mileage.
• Upload photos and documents relating to your vehicles.
• Generate a public-facing vehicle profile page via a shareable QR code.
• Receive automated email reminders for upcoming MOT, road tax, and insurance expiry dates.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, documents, notes).
• You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter.

Each vehicle has an optional public profile page accessible via a unique QR code link. You are responsible for controlling what information is visible. By enabling a public page or sharing a QR code, you consent to that information being accessible to anyone with the link.

Vin Haus sends automated reminders for MOT, road tax, and insurance expiry based on dates you enter. These reminders are provided as a convenience only. We accept no liability for missed renewals, fines, penalties, or any consequences arising from reliance on these reminders. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is legally compliant at all times.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malware, scripts, or any content intended to harm the Service or other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Vin Haus is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. Deletion is permanent and removes all your vehicles, records, photos, and associated data. We may also terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
